Christmas eve, 21h00 - So I was bored and hungry and I decided to make myself a sandwich, though this time, I tried a few new things. I tried some coriander leaves and grapes (which were initially just there for presentation) with the sandwich, but I gotta say that it tastes not bad at all! I shared it with my parents and I got good remarks!
What I used:
- 2 x slices of bread
- 2 x eggs
- 2 x slices of cheese (I used singles)
- some salt
- some coriander leaves
- few grapes
